Anyone approved for vsg with bcbs of Ill

I am currently looking into the vertical sleeve.  Has anyone had BCBS of Illinois approve their vertical sleeve?  Any help in appreciated.

Most people on the Illinois board seem to have had the Lap-Band or RNY. You may want to post this question on the VSG and DS forums.
