So Excited today!!

I am official out of the 240s today I weighed myself at the surgeon office and I am 237.6 lbs

I gained a few lbs the last time I saw him cause of the anxiety meds I was on but my dr put me back on the 1st ones she had me on n they are helping me lose weight

Good for you!  Always a great feeling seeing the scale move downward.  Keep up the good job!

With this great weather we're having you should go walking with your daughter this week and see more weight fly off.  I need a little kid to borrow...to take to the park...hahaha.... or a dog. 

We have been outside on nice days. My bf's parents are building a new house. So we have been outside playing n helping.  We are usually out there from like 8 or so in the morning until like 5 or so in the evening.
