As Herman Munster would say: "Darn Darn Darn Darn!". I was hoping for Chicago. I guess the OH Event won't come to Chicago. I was hoping it would come in 2015 for the last 4 or so years now and the way it looks like it'll never come to Chicago. It'll be awhile before I come back on this site again any time soon, that is if I come back again. If I do come back here again, I'll stick with my profile page for a long time. I guess things happen for a reason (I guess I have the (Al) Bundy Curse from "Married with Children" TV show. Good for the city that won, I'm happy for you.

Went to the pool early and all the dudes were hoggin the lanes.......guess that serves me right for going early when the folks who work have to get in and get out. 
Crystal, your friend will come around. I have learned that my single friends take a bit longer to get on board when I have a major life change. Maybe its because they dont have all the stuff related to being with another human being on their radar like non-singles do. Lets face it, your significant other takes precedence over everyone, even your kids. If she is taking it personal, she will get it eventually. She doesnt have a choice if she wants to be your friend.
Tonight I have a meeting and then to bed early. I have to work outside again tomorrow and I start at 5a, so I am heading to bed early after my meeting.
Nothing else going on.........

Hello everyone
I am busy at work and thought I would take a break. They have me doing some end of the year union stuff I do every year.
I have no big plans for the next couple of days. I am going to get my hair cut and colored tomorrow. And doing groceries today. That would be it.
I think this weekend we may go to the dollar theater and see Gone Girl. That will be my big outing for the week...LOL. I just hate going out in the winter. My tendency is to stay in and stay warm. I can't wait till Spring.
I agree with you guys. If my friends can't accept the new changes in my life than good bye. I don't get it though she is married. I guess she wants me all to herself.

Of course it's another cold day at there. I'm tired of this cold weather and the snow. I'll be going out of town on vacation in Arizona from 01/22/2015 to 01/27/2015 and I'm looking forward to it.
I'll try to get out today and make my way over to Target and get a few things that I need. Also I'll do some reading. Not sure what I'll do this evening yet, I guess I'll play it by ear.
I better get going and get my breakfast, I'm getting hungry.

Connie, when a parent dies, it doesn't matter what age you are. It is good that they still have you. Even if it is an Ex, he was a part of your life, and I feel sorry for all of you.
Dawn. kids don't always listen to what parents tell you. She may borrow money from you this time, but she won't forget next time.
Chystal, if you lose a friend over your happiness, she wasn't much of one anyway. You deserve all the happiness you can get. You are awesome.
