Whats for lunch??
I pureed i/2 can of Healthy choice clam chowder, boy was it good...and I added some Unjury unflavored protein, 1/2 scoop so bulked up the soup to 15 gr. i am already at 61 before dinner!

Today's lunch for me was my favorite, I have about 3X a week:
2 oz Sara Lee deluxe turkey 30 cal & 6g protein
1 slice of Alpine lace swiss 90 cal & 8g protein for 1oz slice
1/2 LaTortilla low carb wrap 25 cal & 3g protein
mustard
1oz Carmel Power Pop popcorn 100 cal & 6 g protein
**I actually had 91g of protein today!!! I don't think I've had that much yet. 961 calories total for the day.
