Twenty pounds gone!!!!

Hi all just want to share with you all that this morning I hit 20.2lbs lost since two days before surgery.....Lost 4.8 with the prep but still counts as weight lost!!!! I' m finally under 220! I feel so happy. This definately has not been a walk in the park and I feel at times like I've been the whinnier one of us all, but I appreciate all the support you all have given me and today all I want to do is rejoice!!!!! so 237.8 before prep. 233 day nof surgery and 217.6 today and almost 30lbs. from my highest of 246. yippeee!!!!!!!

Keela, that is great! Congratulations! It is so cool when the weight just melts right off!! Forget the since surgery loss, go with your highest!!

Congratulations Keela!!! I agree with Kathi, I use my starting weight when I started my two week liquid diet.

Keela, You are doing GREAT!!!!!!!!!!! I too go with my top weight which was at my first consult when I calculate my loss. As of Suday I am down a total of 73 lbs which is 32% of my goal. Keep up the woderful work and keep up updated on how it is going. Peggy
