6 month checkup

Well I just got back from my 6 month check up!!!  They always have a way of making me feel good with all those compliments!!  They told me I have far exceeded the expectations and I am only 6 months out.  I have lost 104% of my excess body weight and they actually want me to think about not losing too much more.  I wanted to get to 120 so I have upped it to 125.  I will be happy just being in the 120's.  But it is awesome to know that I can stay at the weight I am today and be NORMAL!!! 
I have lost 96 lbs since I started this journey.  Most people who have not seen for some time do not recognize me.  I had a woman ask my 14 year old son if I was his girlfriend!!!  And this woman knows me. Our boys have played hockey together.   Of course he was offended but that TOTALLY made my day!!!! 
My labs were excellent except my Vit D.  So back on that for 8 weeks then more labs.  I am going to focus on trying to add strength training to my workouts to tone and increase mucle mass some.  I have been doing just cardio up til now.  I am hoping toning will help fix a few problem areas. 
I am so glad I had this procedure done.  I wish I had done it sooner.  Absolutely no regrets and I would do it over a hundred times!!!!!

Sounds like you had an AWESOME follow up!!!!!!!   They DO have a way of making you feel good about things don't they!  That staff is just AWESOME, IMHO!!!!!!!
