optifast in windsor

I llike the Kashi bars.  Many of them are filled with nuts like almonds.  They take a lot of effort to chew , so they take a while to eat, and last long in your tummy.  Carbs are always hard with these kinds of products.  The dark almond Mocha ones have 21 grams of carb if I remember correctly, and about 6 grams of sugar which is pretty low.  Close to 100 cal. I think.  You'll have to check out the box at the store.

I buy this stuff from Popeye's Supplements called Protein crunch.  It is little squares of pumpkin seeds held together with just a tiny bit of sweetnes.  YUMMY!!  Full of protein to.

As far as protein bards, at Shoppers and rexal, they sell "Supreme" brand protein bars and they are the best I have had yet.  Actually taste a lot like chocolate bars.  The caramel nut ones are to die for.  Not to many carbs in those.
