Ultrasound Question (for the "pros")
The internist after talking to me (Dr glazer) required a sleep study - i did not get a cpap then. I did end up getting one about 6 months after surgery but that was due to hypopnea and not the apnea part of sleep apnea.
As far as I know Humber doesn't do the bacteria test in the tummy - if they did it went over my head, nor did they do a scope of any sort or I got out of it somehow. I'd remember that.
They did of course do an EKG, and took blood and made me pee in a dixie cup.
Dr Glazer will require other tests (heart/stress test lungs) but that depends on your medical I didn't need to.
Just to let you know Dr Glazer both took and made calls during my exam, and his office is quite entertaining as you can hear everything that goes on in his exam room. So be aware the privacy level is a bit low.

Sometimes the best support you can get isn't all purple puddles and pink rainbows.
Thanks, everyone.
