When did you start feeling hunger again?

i am about 4 months out and i haven't felt that hunger feeling yet. also, i don't ever really get that full feeling either. so i just make sure i also measure my food and eat at my certain times instead of relying on my body's signs.

August 20th, 2009 - Referral for WLS from family doctor
May 17th, 2010 - Orientation at Windsor Hospital
May 26th, 2010 - Appointment with nurse and SW
June 1st, 2010 - Appointment with NUT and doctor
August 31st, 2010 - Follow up with SW, NUT and doctor
October 7th, 2010 - Surgical Education Class
November 2nd, 2010 - Consultation with Dr. Jules Foute Nelong
December 21st, 2010 - SURGERY DAY!

Hi Lisa , i'm almost 3 years out . I dont feel hungry like I did before surgery where I can eat a pizza and still be hungry . I just get an empty feeling . I agree with Karen monitor what you eat and ask your surgeon , hows your water intake ? it could be you need to up your water .
