Hello Everyone

Tomorrow is the day I have been waiting for, for almost 21/2 years. I am so looking forward to this new journey. I do have to admit I am starting to get a little scared. I will be having my last Optifast around 8pm. I have not found this part hard, I enjoy the Vanilla and hey I have lost almost 15lbs on the stuff. Dr. Reed will be doing my surgery tomorrow and thank you everyone for giving me great information on him. I would like to wish everyone that is having surgery tomorrow or in the next few days Good Luck!!!  By the way is anyone having surgery tomorrow in Guelph?
P.S please make room on the Bench, because here I come!

Congratulations!!!!!

Now take a deep breath.....whenever you start to feel the fear creeping in make sure to stop for a second and breathe.  The two weeks before surgery i made out a little note to myself whereIlisted all the good things that were going to happen in my life as a result of the surgery and whenever i had a moment of doubt I would pull that out and read it over and it reassured me....made me feel confident in my decision and reminded me I was ready to tackle the surgery!  Maybe you could make yourself a little list!

We will be looking for good news posted when you are able to be back out here!

All the best tomorrow for a textbook surgery and a speedy recovery.  The wait is definitely worth it.  I look forward to hearing all about your future successes.
