Back to routine today - work, hopefully cawfee talk tonight. Eating on the road yesterday was not too bad, and I stuck with the meat/cheese and fruit platters at the wake.

B thin bagel, peanut butter
S click espresso
L chili
S greek yogourt and pineapple
D steak, veg
S protein shake if I need it
   
      weight loss includes 25 lbs before optifast

Morning!!!!

Off to a good start with lots of water already!

B - 3/4 Tuna Macaroni Salad.....WW Pasta, tons of tuna, and chalk full of lots of veggies! Glass of milk!

S - 1 hard boiled egg with pepper

L - WW Wrap....LF turkey, goat cheese, spinach, onion, cranberries.

S - 1 piece of Summer Sausage and 1 hard boiled egg with pepper

D - not sure - probably ordering in at the man's cuz last time I looked in his fridge he had alfredo sauce, coffee, and cream and that was pretty much it...lol. He had better be ordering in! LOL!

Good Morning Everyone!

Still on my full fluids diet

B- Oatmeal
S- OJ diluted with water
L- low fat cream of mushroom soup
S- V8 juice
D- Cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup SF pudding
S- source yogurt.

Everything seems to be agreeing with me and no troubles yet..touch wood!

Good morning everyone!

Still sticking to low carb detox.  First day is always rough then it becomes easier.  Always good to know that when you go back to basics for a day or two things kick in, the road doesn't seem as far as back in the day when you started day one of a diet and new you had a LONG haul ahead of you to lose weight.

Not much on the agenda today.  Little guy is still having some problems at school so sticking close to home waiting for call from teacher.

B - cheese, pepperette, 1/2 banana and hard boiled egg

L - tuna, salad, drsg

Sn - pepperette

S-bringing sliders to my mom's for her birthday, that was her request so not sure what I will have. I may pack something or eat the burger portion of the slider.

Sn - protein bar or shake

water and vits in

So I'm bummed at the Habs loss in OT last night but the series was great as usual between those 2 teams so I will survive.......maybe  LOL.  Housework and some cooking on the agenda today and throw in a bit of actual paid work and my day will be complete.  Heading shopping late this afternoon for the rest of the the stuff that was damaged in our flooded basement then out for dinner.


B - 1/4 cup leftover jalapeno popper dip straight out of the bowl.

S - protein shake

L - bowl of potato leek soup topped with old cheddar and bacon bits(the real stuff)

D - eating out but meat and veggies/salad

Afternoon all :)
Late to the party, had to do a 3.5 hour training session at work this morning.  Fun, wow.

B - coffee with milk x2
S - 5 grapes that I snuck outta my lunch bag
L - 4 chicken wings, clementine, G2 later
S - 10 green grapes, cup of tea
D - Tim's chili or soup before cawfee night
S - coffee with milk with the Mississauga peeps
