Hi

I plan on having them surgically removed after I have reached my goal and stablized it for a year, LOL

That is the only way I know how to get rid of mine

Take care

EricaFG had plastics for this.  She's a good reference.

Yup.  Mine were larger like yours for awhile, and then started to thin out and get saggy.  That extra skin starts to look like crepe paper.  I was in Michaels and we had a 60-ish year old teller with "old lady arms" and my son said - "Mom - her arms look like yours!" lol

I had surgery.   VERY glad about it - even though I'm having some issues with keloid scars.  Here's a few pics...

This is my before and after from surgery...

And here's me in a sleeveless dress in February.  I wouldn't have DARED to wear this before plastics!!

So it seems that plastics are the only answer?

Oh man...

I dont have any personal frame of reference, but you'll still lose quite a bit more, right? I'm sure your arms will go down in size, still.

Congrats on the weight loss! You must be really excited about this transformative summer, eh?

Sorry to say but plastics are it.  I am in the same boat.  Mine are actually worse than yours and it is the one thing that I desperately want to have fixed.  I could live with the panni and everything but oh to be able to wear a tank top or a sleeveless dress!  Sigh....

I feel for you. The 'bat wing' thing is hard. You are a couple of weeks and 25 pounds ahead of me, but I have them too. To make matters worse I have bursitis in one shoulder. In my bad arm I have an extra 2 inches of flab hanging. I have been using an exercise band to try and tighten up some of the muscle under my arms. From what I hear plastic surgery is the only real fix.

Spanx works great for tummy and mid body, but the arms are a tough one.

Plastics is the only way to remove the bat wings.

I had mine removed in Jul.  What a difference.
