At the classes you are not usually weighed. This isn't Weigh****chers!
Plus as it is run by medical professionals, they have patient confidentiality to consider - something that isn't possible in a group with 20 or so folks...
It's an informational class teaching you about what your program expects you to follow after your surgery...

No, you're not weighed. It's just general info for a group of people - no individual focus unless you ask a question but even then, the answers are always general and aimed at the group as a whole.
I didn't get weighed until I saw the Dietician. She took height & weight measurements. The surgeon just asked me how much I weighed - his scale wasn't working.
