At the Nutrition Class are you weighed?

I just went t the nutrition class in Windsor on the 24th of May and no they did not weigh you. Very informal and there was only 6 of us there compared to over 30 for the orientation meeting.

I go to Guelph and was to by the nurse that if anyone gains so much as a pound, surgery will be denied and you will be sent back to the nut and social worker. She said that alot of people are saying their "goodbyes" to their favorite foods and are putting on alot of weight. :/ Makes me nervous cause I cant do any excersice right now.
