Pics of before and One Month post-op
Hello everyone, this is a very hard thing I'm about to do. I have been so embarrassed over the way I look and how people look at me. I am one month post-op and very excited with what I have done and feel that over the last two years of waiting for this surgery I have done a lot of sole searching. I am proud of my body and cannot wait for the new and improved one. These pics are: First one is before surgery and the second one is One month post-op!! I would like to say that this site has helped me a lot of the process, I may not post a lot but I read a lot.

omg what a difference!! you look amazing. I know what you mean, presurgery, i would have never thought I'd post a pic of myself in a bra and shorts, but there they are, on my profile. I love the pictures that show my progress. I hope you take them at every angle. I've got them from front, back, right and left sides. It's amazing to see the difference at the various stages. I can't even see your scars!!
Prior to this surgery, i never told anyone what i weighed. Now i do,i tell my family, i tell my close friends. I know that I'm not alone in this journey, that all of my OH friends are on this with me, along with my friends in real life, my support group members, and my family, as well as the support staff on the bariatric team (although, at this point, they're not even the most important part of it).

Wow Tracey - what a difference after only a month! You have every reason to be proud of how well you're doing. I know that it's a bit hard for some of us to put our pictures up for everyone to see but it really, really gives me so much hope and inspiration to see these shots, so thank you to you and to everyone who does this. I am a very private person and I can't imagine doing this but if it helps one person, then I will bite the bullet and post my own pics. You really show quite a change in your body in a very short time - congratulations!

Referral sent on 26 Feb 2010 - Sleep Study on 28 May 2010 - Info session at WMC on 14 Jan 11- Appt with the APN (nurse) on 27 Jan 11 - Dietician and Behaviorist appts on Feb 24. WLS Class 6th April 2011 - Surgeon appt 3 May 2011 Dr Yelle - Surgery June 6th
