Hard work indeed. Went to a pig roast on saturday.. omg sooo good. Thank god he's made of protein! lol

A long hard battle of up and down, and a few tears.  It will be so nice to have a tool that will help get me to my destination.

Only down 3 lbs.. really struggled this week with sickness.. so i was unable to get everything in....But this is a new week and i am feeling better so we shall see... a loss is still a loss though...  

My first post to this kind of thread, and I guess it's a big step for me. 
I'm 4.5 months out from surgery:

Monday AM weigh-in : 241

down 5.5 lbs this week (last week only 1 lb, so I guess some catch-up)

Finally beginning to think I might be able to make it to "onederland" after all.  Fingers crossed and mouth closed, haha.
