At very long last - updated Surgery/Angel lists!

First, an apology - so sorry it's taken me so long to update everything.  My computer died and I lost everything, finally got a chance to get caught up.

Here are our updated lists!  Please let me know if you would like to be added to either or if I've made an error/ommision in your information.  You'll likely need to scroll across a little to see all of the information on the surgery list.

What is an angel?  An angel is someone *****ports back to the board with an update on how you're doing on surgery day.  Additionally, an angel can also be somewhat of a mentor, offering more personalized support/guidance.  It doesn't have to be someone who lives close to you - simply someone that you have "connected with" here on the board.
