Morning all :)

Why, oh why am I not sleeping in?!  Some errands to run today, not sure what else.  I think Joe should take me out for lunch.

5+years RNY - maintenance

Pre-B - meds
B - coffee with milk, latte made with sf chocolate almond milk, instant coffee, shot of sf vanilla syrup, 2 spoonfuls of macaroni & cheese (don't ask), multi, proferrin iron, calcium, D
S - protein shake, a couple of grapes, calcium, D
L - (please take me out for......) watermelon salad (watermelon, feta, red onions, mint, vinaigrette), iron
S - ham, cheese, pickle roll up, calcuim, D
D - not sure yet!  Have to take something out of the freezer to BBQ!  multi, iron, meds
S - bengal tea fog, iron
Bed - meds

Good morning!

I think Joe should take you out for lunch too...if my opinion will help in any way ;)

Plan for today is getting off my butt and packing....im so proscrastinating....must must do....the time has come...

B - protein shake

L - meatloaf

Sn - protein bar

Su- grilled steak and veggies...maybe a small potato

Water in...can't help but drink water in this heat...wow.

Good morning all! We are headed out to a BBQ this afternoon! Very excited to get out of the house today! It's a nice one out there - hot, but nice!

2.5 months post-op - Losing

B - PB CHOCO protein shake with 1% milke and scoop of instant decaff. (MEDS, MULTI)
S - Nothing, I slept in and had a late breakfast.
L - Extra lean ground chicken meatsauce with LF shredded cheese (YUM!), hold the pasta (the boys are finishing it off as we speak lol). (CALCIUM, D)
S - 2 Decaff. with 1% milk on our hour long drive to the BBQ.
D - Not sure - protein at the BBQ? I'm bringing yogurt and granola to be prepared if there is nothing for me to eat there. Also will likely have some fresh veggies at the BBQ - HOLD the dip :)
IRON at bedtime.

Water, vits, and treadmill tonight after the BBQ.

Hope Joe took you out for lunch.  Saturdays is always my hard day to eat right. To much to do.
Breakfast was a few bites of a banana
no s
lunch was 2 bites of my hubby sausage on a bun, few cheries
s no sugar no floor banana cookie
dinner will be meat sauce and pasta of some type( reason doing race tomorrow will need some carbs for the race. not what I would usually have for dinner but before a race will not hurt me. Just hope I can do this race)
s will be be a yogurt.

Karen I must be crazy. I am doing my first tri tirathlon. I promise if I get to sore I will drop out. I have tired swimming I was fine and I was fine doing a very slow run now I am just off to see if I can ride my bike. They say I can do this race. My problem really is when I try and bend. My body does like to bend or laying on my left side just about kill me. I will let you know how I make out

Had this almost all typed out earlier and my sister called to go to Starbuck's!
I left so fast I didn't press submit!!!

Cut the grass and weed whipped before the sprinkles started.
Finished the rest of the chores and waiting for kids to show.

bad night last night...more emotionally. I cant pin point why I feel like this just sad and pensative questioning everything in life

I had crackers and peanut butter at work one too many crackers.then I came home and ate before bed....and well some not so good choices then i sleep woke up and had the toppings of a pizza with a lil of the crust. SLAP MYSELF out of this....i usually can pin point wahts trigerring this time no reason frustrating.

my eating plan today....humus, chicken, fruit and trying my hardest to stay off the carbs or the bad ones that is. Lots of water and my vitamins

Good afternoon everyone :D

My sister and nieces are down from Ottawa and we have been frolicking in the boa****er today, WOOT!

2x multi-vitamin, D3
B- egg, slice of bacon, 1/2 sausage, little bit of ham, 1/2 slice of toast, 1/8c homefries
S- fibre plus bar, few grapes, calcium
S- 1/2 egg salad sandwich
L- 2 chicken fingers and 5 french fries
S- protein shake
D- burger (1/2- the ones from costco), some corn on the cob, some veggies w/dip .. prolly wont be able to eat all that BUT definitely will eat my protein first!

Gonna have a fire later and I "might" have a bit of a s'more..we will see tho

Water and vitamins in :)
