Made it to the TWO-derland club!
Due to the extreme heat of late, I haven't been able to get out and walk as much as I would like (I've done a few 'mall walks', but it's not the same to me). Finally, this week, I was able to do my longest walk to date. But the heat's supposed to come back this weekend.
Now I can finally say that I've broken into the 200's for the first time in 10 years! I was about 280 when I was pregnant with my first child in 1999 (he just turned 11 this past week), and never came back down.
I honestly don't see a change myself, but several others have said they can see some loss, especially in my mid-section (where my surgical spots are).
Looking forward to seeing the 250's!!
