TWH - Nurse Appt Questions

I have my appointment with Florence at TWH on Tuesday - Just trying to plan for child care....

Can anyone tell me about how long the appointment will be? 

Also - where the heck in the hospital do I go for this appointment?

Hi, the appt is 1 hour. She was running 30-40 minutes late. It is on the 4 floor in the east wing.

Oh gosh!  I hope she's not running 30-40 minutes late at 830 in the morning.....I can be patient!

If I'm not mistaken - 8:30 is the first appointment of the day - and generally when you goto TWH expect some sort of wait time... if memory serves me correct - you will get weighed (oh yay! NOT), she will take your measurements (another yay), do run thru of medical/family history - it's pretty straighforward

I saw Florence too. When you get there they will give you another questionnaire to fill out first. More medical history questions etc... She did weigh but that was it for me. No measurements, no blood pressure even thiugh I do take meds. I did bring in a copy of blood work that I had done for my GP as well as a copy of my sleep study results.  The appointment lasted about an hour.

Florence is really nice. I had emailed her and she answered fairly quickly.

Thanks so much!  It looks like you have done all of your appointments except to meet the surgeon!  Are you excited?  When do you anticipate meeting the surgeon?
