NSV!

I made one of my smaller goals - to sit down into the lawnchair I use at my son's baseball games without scraping my thighs on the arms!!  It was so nice to NOT have any bruised thighs afterwards, too.

I've also been trying on some smaller dresses in preparation of going back to work next week.  They're looking great!  I had to buy a support garment (ie, new age girdle) to hold it all in, but they look great.

I know what you mean about the scrapes and bruises, I was camping for A night and my one leg had a Huge gouge out of it from getting up and back down all night.

Congrats!

Fantastic Beth!!  Isn't it a wonderful feeling to sit in a chair and not be uncomfortable??  Such a simple thing, yet such a reward.  I wish I could make it to one of the Hamilton meetings if only to see the progress you've made.  Every time one comes up, something else is going on and I can't.  Would love to come for Myke's "Onderland Celebration", but it's my husband's birthday that day.  Next time for sure.  Congrats on all of your success so far!

The first day that I really noticed this ease of sitting for myself was when I went to have bloodwork done at the hospital.  The seats were so bloody tight in the waiting area the first time I had baseline testing done.  The second time, I fit into the chair without a problem.  That felt really good!

Congratulattions Beth. Keep up the good work and the dresses will continue to get smaller and smaller. It's truly an amazing feeling; the excitement you feel when you shrink out of clothes. It's definitely an adrenaline rush all of it's own.
