What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Day 3 of the 5DPT - my favourite! Eggs, tuna, cheese - and most importantly crustless quiche, my fav!
B - coffee with milk x2, protein shake
S - tuna with a little 1/2 mayo and green onion
L - crustless quiche
S - more tuna
D - crustless quiche with a small scoop of homemade guacamole on the side (I think this is a cheat lol)
S - not sure yet, maybe a protein shake

Not much on the agenda today other than getting some walking in....boring, I know, but that' sokay once in a while :)
B - coffee x3
S - aiming for meat roll ups, if not, protein shake
L - salad - that seems to agree with me - will put some tuna or chicken on it, if i cant get that in, will sub protein shake to get the protein :)
S - protein bar
Su - steak, veg (or again, protein shake if the food doesnt sit well)
S - not sure if anything, depending on protein intake. If low I will grab another shake.
Water and vits will be in!

I am having a relaxing morning, WOOT! I am leaving for Ottawa around lunchtime today, off to see my mom, sisters and nieces :D
Today I will be making my bf "Leanne's pizza" so he doesn't have to cook tonight

B- 1 slice peameal, 1 slice of bacon and 1 egg if I have room, maybe a slice of toast
L- probably a slice of my pizza
D- sister has informed me that we are going to a bbq and there will hot dogs, burgers and different salads there, so I am not sure as of yet what I will have
snacks- fibre bar, few almonds, strawberries, protein shake (maybe 2), sister may have some munchie foods (cheese, keilbasa and crackers)
all water and vitamins in

Had my plastic surgery!
Think I'm going to go scour Homesense for Da Vinci syrups today and a manicure. Had my walk today, lovely out. Woke up at 5am and had a banana and tsp of PB2 and a cup of NSA cho**** creeam...good start to the day I guess. Have a great day!
