NSV! Wonderland!

The family went to Canada's Wonderland yesterday, and I had a few NSVs!

On the first ride we got on (the swinging Pirate ship), when the safety bar came down, there was actually space between my belly and the bar!  FIRST TIME EVER!!

When we got home, after walking all day, my feet were not sore!  AND - the best part - I weighed myself and I'd lost 2.6 lbs!

Great day to be sure!

I'm so happy for you.  Along with the thrill of a pirate ship ride you get to celebrate shrinking. Enjoy.

I completely get how this NSV made you feel and can't wait to do it myself.   Congratulations!!!

Years ago after a humiliating day at Wonderland I swore I wouldn't go bac****il there was no chance of the embarrassment of not fitting on a ride and being asked to leave the ride, or TWO people working together to get the safety bar to close.

So, I am planning a "I got to goal" celebration at Wonderland at the end of this month.

Yay for you! I can't wait to go on a ride!  Last one was a miniature version of the Scrambler at Sauble beach.  By the time the ride was over I was almost passing out from the bar being so tight and being unable to inhale.  One of the most embarassing moments EVER!  That was last summer. Didn't even bother trying this year but hoping next year is a whole new experience.
