Liquid Multi-vitamin

Does anyone take a liquid multi? I'm having a heck of a time finding a store that sells this. I know it's available in the states but does anyone know if it's available in Canada?

I'm not absorbing the pill version of the multi vitamin. I know liquid form absorbs the best. What about chewable or gummy form? Does that absorb?

they deliver for free, and they're in canada. or, alternatively, you can talk to the pharmacist at the drug store you go to and  see if they can get one in for you. I've found pharmacists very helpful, just tell him/her what your requirements are.

Monica, you're so right about pharmacists. I've had the same pharmacist for about 20 years. I told her about the surgery and she's offered to order products for me that they don't stock on a regular basis. She's been a tremendous help!

Pharmacists are vastly underused, IMHO. All these questions that people ask on here, about "what worked for you", could be put to the pharmacists, they have a lot of knowledge about what drugs work for what, and how they work, and how they're absorbed and all of that.
