What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)
Morning all :)
I'm just glad to have the day off! It's supposed to rain (boo) but all I really had planned were domestic goddess duties anyway.
RNY 5+ years - maintenance
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - 21g old cheddar, 2 rice crackers, a few slices of apple
L - thick slice of tomato topped with lettuce and tuna salad, maybe a cracker or two
S - bengal tea fog, 1/2 Kashi pumpkin bar
D - BBQ steak, asparagus, grilled veggies
S - not sure yet - glass of red if we go out

Today is going to be busy with shopping and I have a light run to do and need to get everything ready for race and be in bed by 9 since I need to be on the road by 6 to get to the race.

s- some peanut butter with crackers
D slice cucumbers whole wheat pasta and the rest of the chicken from my dinner last night and lunch
S yogurt
This chicken is so good friend took me out for dinner friday night and it came with a very small salad and i had a few bites of the chicken but I really wanted the salad so by the time I finish the salad I was full and brought the rest home and now I have meals for the rest of the day. Have to love the leftovers. It is great.

Good Morning. Its a VERY humid start to the day here in the Windsor ON area.. and I decided that my daily morning walk, before breakfast would NOT be outdoors.. the humidity kills me, as I have asthma and even my inhalers cannot completely keep me from huffing and puffing in 90% or more humidity. So.. this morning I opted to use the treadmill and elliptical machines in my basement family room instead of fighting a barrage of mosquitoes and the oppressive humidity. I usually walk 4.5 miles outdoors but I find the treadmill is more of a challenge physically, I tire out more easily on the treadmill and elliptical than walking briskly outdoors.
But I did my exercises and then opted for my usual greek yogurt and kashi mixture for breakfast.
I plan on a day of protein protein protein and lots of water... the usual in my struggle to get
out of this weight stall LOL

Hiya. Exhausted from a week of getting ready for school, but up this morning to run. Not too motivated to do that, but then again I am not a morning person. I guess that will have to change come Tuesday! :P
B- "Oh Yeah" protein bar- Chocolate & Caramel ( never have bars anymore, but bought a box as my schedule has been so hectic lately- and "Oh Yeah"...they are delish!!
That's all I have to post and the rest of the day is a mystery as far as eating goes. I haven't gotten that far in my head yet, but wanted to post because I haven't posted in this thread in forever :)
BTW Karen, I have always wanted to try the Kashi pumpkin bars. Are they as good as they look? I love pumpkin.

They are beyond good, unfortunately. lol I've had to limit myself to 1/2 a bar at a time. They have pumpkin AND dates. To die for.

S - greek yogurt/vanilla torani syrup
Su - not sure, but protein of some sort and maybe a salad or vegg
S = turkey pepperette/cheese/hot sauce
Water and vits will be in.

S - Decaf. with milk, 1/2 PC protein bar.
D - Last of the leftover meat sauce.
S - Yogurt if I feel like it. Maybe an orange.
Staying home and doing nothing as I feel like poop!

No rain here today but we had a wild storm last night after dinner. It was black out at 7pm and high winds and tons of downpour with a damn fine light show in the sky. Lasted about 2 hours and then it was back to normal just cooled off. Beautiful calm, sunny morning here today so we are going canoeing then fishing then visiting our cottage neighbors.

L - the last of the taco salad
S - tomato/cuke/onion salad, a few tbsp while I make it
D - grilled BBQ breast, grilled veggies, a bit more salad

I took my bf out for his birthday last night to a nice dinner at Casino Rama then we went to the new little bar in our town and booooooyyy did I get hammered LOL (wasn't planning that but was having fun) probably won't be doing that again for a real looong time.

L- ham sandwich
D- leftovers, chicken, veggies, mashed taters
snacks- not too sure yet... a protein shake or bar, fibre bar maybe some peanuts
all water and vitamins in
