May I have the recipe for the banana cookies? And you reminded me about the peanut butter cookies I make with Splenda, egg and peanut butter - soooo yummy! I think I'll bake a batch today.

Hi All,
I've been living a bit 'loosey goosey' lately and I am going to start out fresh AGAIN with the 5 day pouch test. I MUST stay away from bread (because I really like it), and I try to be a very good girl..but there are times...
B-1/2 cup raisin bran w/ 1/2 cup 1% milk, coffee, cheese (35g)
S-2 Tiny lemon scones w/coffee
L-1/2 chicken sandwich (loaded with 100 g meat & dash of mayo)
S-peach, 1 tiny scone (thank goodness they are all gone now), chai tea
D-1 nice slab peameal bacon, 1 tiny potato, sliced and browned, 1/2 c yellow beans
S-slice of cheese, ice tea, yogurt
It doesn't sound that I misbehaved that badly, but I feel like I did. I am just glad that those darned scones are gone (although very small, very addictive to me).
Lots of water/liquids. I find I am very thirsty most of the day. I am taking over a new job for someone during their holidays, and I think I am stressed over doing a good job...and I am a stress eater...ok..big breath...relax...
