better get this in before it is tomorrow already. 

B - PROTEIN SHAKE
s.
L- 2 ryvita crackers, xtra lean turkey breast (1 slice), LF cheese slice
s- 1/2 c blueberries
D- 3 oz teriyaki chicken + small yellow beet
s- 1 sf popsicle

vits all in, still working on fluids
