What is an angel?  An angel is someone who is in contact with your family/friend on your surgery day to check on your status and then post back here on the forum to let us all know how you're doing.  Additionally, an angel can be somewhat of a "mentor" to you, offering more personalized support, guidance and a shoulder to lean on.  It doesn't have to be someone who lives close to you - it's just someone you've "connected with" here on the board.
