I hope so Laura - sounds painful!  I've had only occasional knee pain/injuries, thankfully.  Hope you get positive news today.

Long day ahead of me so will be taking in lots of fuel

B - 1/2 bagel with creme cheese

s - other half

l - grilled chicken and salad

s - yogurt with berries

d - beef tenderloin - veggies - bites of mashed

s - frozen yogurt bar

All water - lots of coffee - vits

Thanks Barb, all is good with her.  This is her nadir week, heads back down next week to start round 5.  I actually have an appointment in her town on Wednesday so decided to bless both my parents with a visit for 3 days.  LOL  My dad misses me a lot.  I called him last night and told him to start polishing up his tongue as we love to banter back and forth.

So you're in TO next week? Or mom is going with someone else?

I"m not going with her until the middle of October.  My youngest sis is doing my trips for me now as she knows I will be going all winter and she can't get away in the winter.  Oldest sis has no idea that I am not going and she won't know until the day before or she will say hey it's not my turn to go.  LOL

Well, she's a treat isn't she.

Don't allow me to start venting on her.  She has gone twice in the last 2 years and is already *****ing that it's too far to go when there are cancer centres closer.  I am tired of telling her that the ones closer cannot help our mother as they know nothing about her cancer.  If my 75 year old mother doesn't mind making the trip 3 times a month then pansy ass 55 year old can make it once a month with her and stop her effin whining.

Thanksgiving will most likely include a huge blowout as it will be the first time all 16 of us are together since chemo started and the oldest and her hubby(both retired btw) are the only ones *****ing about the trips to TO.
