Question abot full fluids from Guelph people

Hi
Im wondering on the Guelph diet plan for full fluids it says 100ml oatmeal and 100 ml milk for breakfast.  So is this 100ml cooked oatmeal or 100ml uncooked and you can add the 100ml milk to cook it, cause oatmeal bulks up when cooked.  If its 100 ml cooked then how much of a package of oatmeal would that be?

Thanks
Joanne

I am thinking it would be cooked.  Not sure how much of the package that would be though.  I tried oatmeal exactly once after surgery and it really didn't matter how much I made... having to wait for a while between bites turned it into cold glue.. ugh!!!  Not an oatmeal fan to begin with though... and apparently I'm still not!  LOL

Sorry I'm absolutely no help with this one.  Hopefully you have better luck with it than I did!!!!

All the best.

i did 100 ml of cooked and was told to add the 100ml of milk to make it thinner, so it was runny.

Good Luck,
