Morning all :)
TGIF indeed! Sitting here at work, enjoying my morning coffee and getting caught up on the board. Then I suppose I have to do some work. Boo. Going out with Joe after work for dinner and drinks with friends. Hopefully I'm feeling up to it - new meds are playing with my stomach and my head. Grrr...
Plan for today:
B - coffee with milk x 2 or 3, 21g cheddar, 3 melba rounds
S - protein shake, tea later with a sf banana cookie (thank you Barb!)
L - tuna wrap with lots of veggies, all the guts, 1/2 the wrap
S - coffee with milk, my last banana cookie :(
D - not sure yet. Likely chicken and salad

Spending today on school work, with a little break for a dental appt (yuck!). Then out for dinner with hubby for our 11th wedding anniversary.
B - 1 egg, 1/2 slice ww toast w/ peanut butter, a few grapes
S - cheese and crackers, decaf tea w/ milk (not together)
L - probably salad and chicken
S - protein shake
D - out to my favourite vegetarian buffet (pay by the weight of your food, which is great post-WLS; my dinner usually costs about $7!)
S - maybe a decaf skim latte

Not liking these cool crisp mornings...I already have the heat on in the house yikes!!
Back from my follow up with Dr Nan. pretty uneventful, but boy is a great man...will be getting some revisions done early next year and currently have an infection in the stoma*****ision that I'm on antibiotics for and going to hosp for dressing changes..PIA but oh well. My most favorite part of the visit was his comment "you have the breasts of a teenager" lol, I never had teenager boobies when i was a teenager lol. I may become a flasher ;)

S - cheese/pepperette
L - salad chicken breast
S - greek yogurt
Su - not sure yet....gotta pick something up
S - nsa pudding/jello

today is work, and then hopefully off to do some shoe shopping - all my current fall shoes are too big (not that i'm complaining :) ). stuck to my dinner plan yesterday (first time all week).
B: 1/3 C Greek Yogurt w/ mixed berries, 1 T Bran & 2 T Granola
S: Simply Bar
L: Chicken Salad w/ Cucumbers, Goat Cheese, Sliced Almonds & Cucumber Dill dressing
S: Cheese Stick
D: probably out - i'll pick up milestones' on my way home from shopping - half california salad w/ no onions...YUM!
S: 2 NSA Hershey Carmel Chocolates...I'm allowed....it's FRIDAY!

Menu for today...
B - Bran flakes/milk
S - cheese string and applesauce
L - chicken chili (wish me luck - I threw this together last night - tons of chicken and beans - hope it's good!) with soda crackers
S - cottage cheese and 1/4 apple
D - more chili and crackers - unless it sucks, then it will be spaghetti sauce/chicken/cheese combo
S - protein shake
I walked 1.5 km this morning and am hoping to get another 2.5 in at lunch.
