I can't believe it is day 17 of optifast already! Today I work and then right after school I am headed out of town for a wedding. Won't be home until Sunday. Then Monday to pack and Tuesday is surgery...

I think I might just blink and it will be all over!

there are days when i feel ilke i just had surgery yesterday, and then i look at myself and i see a virtual stranger in the mirror and i wonder how the heck i got here.

Wow, a wedding on Optifast....good for you! I'm thinking of cancelling going to a friend's Halloween party because I will be on Opti so no drinking or eating. Good luck and have a great weekend Tracy!
