What is an angel? An angel is someone who will post after your surgery letting everyone know how you're doing. Additionally, an angel is often somewhat of a mentor, offering more personsonalized support, guidance, and advice. It doesn't have to be someone who lives close to you or even had the same surgery as you - just someone you have "connected with" here on the board.

OMG can't believe I am at the top of the list!!!!!! This is so real. On day 3 of Opti. Have lost 6.5 lbs since Monday. Which is great since I put on 5 no****ching what I ate in week before Opti started.
