Hi Sirene,

My weight loss started way before surgery!  My top weight was 392 and at the beginning of optifast I was 331, so 61 pounds was before surgery.  LOL Sorry for the confusion!

Thanks everyone.  I was just concerned because it was such a violent reaction this time.  I have burped up my food other times, but this was awful!!!  Nice to know I'm not alone though and it sounds as though this is par for the course.

I will avoid those things for a while though and try them again a few months down the road I think!  No point putting myself through that again!
