Hit a Goal! and NSV!!
I hit my first goal -- as of today, I've lost 60 lbs! Now my weight loss and weight to lose are both in the double digits (rather than "to go" being triple).
My NSV: When I was at my heaviest, when I was out for a walk, if I didn't breath thru my nose and watch my pace, I'd throw up. I only just realized today while tooling thru the mall, that I don't do that anymore! Perhaps it was due to the hernia I didn't know I had being fixed, but either way, it's a good thing!

Appts: Dietitian - January 21/19; July 16/19, August 13/19, September 17/19, October 15/19; Social Worker: August 23/19; DS Orientation: March 20/19; Internist: September 30/19; Surgeon: November 13/19 (signed consent).
Surgery Date: February 28/20.
MY RNY DIDN'T FAIL ME - I FAILED IT.
