Morning all :)

TFIF.

Had a great time with the cawfee gang last night - thanks guys! Working today then out for bevvies (and hopefully dinner lol) after work. Not sure if my computer is working at home or not. *insert evil eye directed at Rogers here* But I digress....

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - 1/2 of a Kashi bar, handful of green grapes
L - tuna wrap with lots of veggies, only half the wrap all of the "guts"
S - cup of tea, other 1/2 of the Kashi bar
D - not sure! Well, other than a couple of beers. But I would certainly hope that I will include food in that equation as well. lol

 Yep Bulk Barn.  There are crackers and chips.   There are a few different flavours.  I think they are great. Let me know if you like them.

Good morning Karen,

I am working most of the day and evening, nothing too exciting.

B-Optifast-Vanilla (1st one went down ok)
S-Sugar free popsicle
L-Optifast-Chocolate
S-Chicken broth
D-Optifast-Vanilla with sf caramel shot
S-sugar free jello
E-Optifast-Chocolate

Add i two litres of water and a lot of pee breaks lol.

Still on pureed foods.

B -pkg. of regular porridge with a shot of sugar free caramel syrup from Starbucks, sf pudding for meds
S- protein shake
L- 1/2 cup pea soup, 4 saltine crackers
S- protein shake
D- 1/4 cup pureed chicken, 2 tbsp. green peas, 2 tbsp. acorn squash
S- probably won't have anything unless I didn't finish one of my protein shakes

Nothing special going on today.  I go back to work next Thursday.  Going a little stir crazy so I might go run some errands...walk around the mall since it is raining outside.
