as for what i'm doing? getting a massage after work, yay me!!!, but nothing exciting. Weather is crappy here. Support group tomorrow afternoon, and Roller Derby on Sunday!!!

It was great to see everyone (incl you, Mike!) at the Mississauga Cawfee Talk last night.
Especially those whom I had missed in th last few months - Tobi, Alexa, that means you!
Karen - FYI - I have found those Lentil chips and crackers at Winners of all places - they're delicious.
B - bowl of Special K
S - large decaff Timmie's, cottage cheese
L - turkey pepperette, Babybel, pear

D - sashimi at Mine in Richmond Hill, the best sushi place in the GTA.
Multivitamins in, B12 in, still gotta do the Calcium thing.
Respirologist tells me I still have to stay on the CPAP (darn), and can only go down one tick in the pressure. Poop.

Hello everyone...TGIF.
B- protein shake
L- Turkey pepperette w cheese, pickle & fake crab oh and some seafood sauce
S- protein shake (new cookies & cream flavor) not bad
D- I'm thinking Shepard's pie made with a mashed veggie topping and grated cheese
S- maybe a Popsicle
Has anyone else noticed that snacking is a thing of the past. Evening was always the time I snacked like crazy now I couldn't care less if I ever did again lol
