Morning all :)

Busy, busy, busy..... no rest for the wicked they say.

Today's eats:

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - yogurt with a sprinkle of Kashi Go Lean
L - leftover turkey/veggie stew
S - chai fog
D - meatloaf, broccoli, small scoop of mashed potatoes

Plan for the day:

B - protein shake

S - protein shake

L - pork tenderloin on the go

S - not sure if anything....lots of protein consumption will be had this morning.

Su - either protein shake or more pork tenderloin/veggies

S- nsa jello/pudding

Water and vits in.  Have a good one!!

 Morning

B - Scrambled Egg
S-  Hummus with veg
L -  Tuna Salad
S -  ?
D - 2 Large Scallops (Yum, I'm addicted now)

My husband did a program for me on excel that added up everything I eat by protein etc.  Well I realized what I was eating too much of etc.  So stall broken!  I wrote things down before but this has helped tons!

Still stalling. Oh well.
Guess it was to be expected - not exercising as much as I wanted.
This weather sucks, makes it hard to get out ... stationary bike, here I come (again).

B - bowl of Special K, large milky tea
S - cottage cheese w applesauce, cinnamon and bran buds
L - turkey pepperette, Babybel, 2 crackers, 1 pear
S - calcium chew
D - lamb stew w beans
1 litre water

Multivitamins in, calcium and B12 still to go.

D-?  What ever my husband makes.... likely to be bbq chicken and green beans maybe a baked potato

Still sick sick sick and cannot taste a damn thing today.

Drank a half pot of coffee and it could have been dish water for all I could taste.  LOL

B - 1/2 cup Oikos Greek Yogurt(best brand yet) mixed with 1 tsp of NSA jam

L - cup of turkey soup with tons of black pepper

D - chili and some old cheddar....made my chili this morning and can't smell it or taste it so Lord knows if it's bland or spicey.  LOL

Will be drinking tons of water and bengal spice tea between meals.  The liquid feels good and seems to stop the coughing.

I'll second the vote on the Oikso Greek Yogurt. That's the one I always brought home from the States. Did a little dance when I saw it in a grocery store flyer last weekend.

Work today :(  Just realized I was supposed to be working 9-2 this week but Ive been leaving at 1pm and nobody's noticed!  LOL!

On the menu today:

B: Protein Shake
L: Either a Protein Shake or Soup from Soup Nutsy [I'll wait and see how I feel come 12pm]
D: Pork Kabob & Mixed Veg
S: 1/2 Extend Bar and Grok Cheese Snacks
