Thank you for the repost of this Karen as I had not seen it before. This one is a keeper and is going on my fridge after WLS as a daily reminder of what I CAN do.

I love this so much, I printed it out and put it on my fridge. I am going to look at it every day and keep moving forward! :)

I love the post and will be printing for my cupboard wall as a daily reminder, i think every now and then we need reminders what got us to where we are today, also i was looking back at some older photos of me and gosh that also reminded me to stay strong and to move forward with my success in WLS.

It's great that so many find the post motivating. I myself am not inspired by by "tough love" when extended by someone who has no love for me. It reads to me as condescending and patronizing. No one gets to where we are in life without grasping the concept of "one foot in front of the other" when working towards a goal. And frankly, I find the jaded , **yawn** "been there, addressed that.... a million times" responses so incredibly tedious.
