Morning all :)

Looks like OH is back up and running again - good thing, I need my OH fix!
Working, then errands, then home for a late dinner. Tomorrow is Friday, right?   I put my new container of cheese in the fridge this morning.  I will seriously poke someone's eye out if it's missing. lol  Ohhhh.. by the way, anyone who has young kids, have you seen the Christmas ornament kit at Costco?  24 ornaments, paint, glitter, etc for $10.  I bought it yesterday for my brother's kids - fun! Well... if they invite Auntie Karen to help. lol

RNY 5+ years - maintenance

B - coffee with milk x 2 or 3, protein shake
S - sf/ff yogurt with a sprinkle of trail mix
L - open-face chicken salad sandwich (1 bread)
S - 1.5 oz old cheddar, apple slices, 2 crackers, some tea later in the afternoon
D - still debating.  I think I'll pick up a rotisserie chicken and spinach salad on the way home. Lazy!

Have a great day everyone :)

P.S.  Don't forget our dinner in Mississauga on November 23rd - everyone is welcome!

Thanks for the Costco tip.

Working like a mad woman to finish all my files before next thursday .

Day 12 of Optifast and still holding strong.  My scale said 16lbs this am.   Since theirs isn't around to say otherwise I'll go with that.

Have a great day.

After the bad food day yesterday (see post, if interested), I decided that I'd better squeeze in the time to post on this thread today!  I'm craving carbs and sugar like mad, but will not give in.  My day looks like: reading for the next 2 hours, then classes from 11:30am - 9 pm.

B - >1/2 C Greek yogurt, 1/3 C strawberreis, 2 T Kashi Go Lean cereal
S - decaf tea w/ milk; later, a small pear and wedge of LC light cheese
L - 1/2 small ww wrap, 1/2 tin tuna w/ T LF mayo, raw veggies w/ tzatziki
S - turkey pepperette, 2 oz grapes
D - teriyaki beef stir fry; lots of veggies, no rice or noodles
S - protein shake

Have a great day, everyone!

S- greek yogurt with hommemade, SF berry sauce (my new fav. thing)

L- the salisbury steak I did not eat yesterday, and asparagus

S- Turkey stick and a cheese string

It's in the business supplies section (with the pens, paper, staplers, etc.).

Home today. Had a couple of appointments to get to today.

Decided I need to ditch carbs for a while. I've re-introduced bread & found I'm becoming very bloated. It sits well, maybe even too well, but the next day I feel horrible!

On the menu today:

B: 1/4c egg whites w/light old cheddar (1/2oz)
L: Pork Kebab (80g) w/Asparagus (4 spears)
D: Same as Lunch
S: Cheddar or Grok Snacks

Funny you mention bread, Simona.  I was actually going to mention it to YOU. lol  I had noticed that you were eating quite a few wraps lately - wasn't sure if they were your best choice at this point.  Good for you for noticing and making a change.

Aside from feeling bloated and horrible, I noticed the wraps were setting off cravings for other carbs. I thought I was doing good by buying the low carb wraps but I'd still find myself craving chips & rice cakes.

So...rather than fight the cravings, I decided to eliminate the cause
