Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with sinus congestion and cough with cold...I feel ok.. other than the pressure in my sinuses .. and once in awhile a cough breaks loose..

Any of the Tylenol cold products would be okay for you.  Hope you feel better soon.

Have you heard of neti pots?  The neti pot is a little pot that you fill with a solution of water and saline; then you pour the solution into your nose (leaning sideways over a sink),  it travels through your sinuses and cleans them out.  I know it sounds gross, but it really works.  I was coerced into trying it by a doctor at work, and I use it every time I feel like I'm coming down with a cold or sinus issue.  You can get the pot and solution mix at pretty well any pharmacy, definitely at any of the bigger Shoppers.

 Karen I LOVE my neti pot!!!  Really helps with sinus problems and almost totally eliminates some of my seasonal allergies.  If you are on Facebook, you can get a neti pot for free.  Thats how I got mine.  They sent me a netipot and a bunch of saline mixture packs.  It is pretty wonky feeling the first few times you use it but now I mix it with very warm water and find it soooooo soothing.

Tylonol sinus works wonders for me.

make sure you get lots of fluids to loosen  up the phlegm.
