Started out good - had a small bowl of curried tofu w basil rice.
But it tasted so GOOD!!! So I had a second small bowl.
And after that, my sweets craving just built and built and built, so I finally got up and cut a chocolate protein bar in half, stuck the other half in the fridge and very slowly chomped on half.
I am beating myself up over, especially because I feel that now (8 months out) is when I'm going to start making bad choices.
Yikes.
Hoping to avoid that behaviour tonight. During the day it's not an issue, I'm way too busy at work.
My old friend/trap, the couch and TV, are apparently still my downfall.
B - bowl Cheerios w 1/2 banana, cup tea
S - Greek yoghurt w fruit
L - turkey pepperette, Babybel, 1 cracker, 1 pear
S - 1/2 protein bar
D - Curried tofu w basil rice
1 litre water.
Multivitamins in. Calcium stilll outstanding.

Work today :(
Last night I got home to my dad painting the kitchen so I didnt have a chance to make the stuffed mushrooms I wanted. Ah well...there's always tonight.
On the menu today:
B: 1/2c. Special K Protein Plus w/ 1/2c. ff milk
L: Cheeseburger Slider (no bun)
D: (Hopefully) Stuffed Mushrooms
S: 113g Cottage Cheese, 1/2 Pomegranate

i am home from work today because i can't freakin' walk. i'll spare you the details, since this thread has "what are you eating" in it, and my injury involved an abscess and an infection on the tendon on the back of my foot.. but yeah.. it's painful. i can't put any weight on it. it took me like 15 minutes to get from my bed to the bathroom, 2 feet away.
at least i know i won't be running to the kitchen and snacking all day! haha
B - 1 scoop chocolate protein powder + water + coconut extract
S - 1/2 cup cottage cheese + 2 tbsp fibre one cereal
L - likely just another protein shake, as i don't feel like standing to make something!
S - cheese stick + hard boiled egg
D - 1 veggie burger patty with pickle and mustard

May 26th, 2010 - Appointment with nurse and SW
June 1st, 2010 - Appointment with NUT and doctor
August 31st, 2010 - Follow up with SW, NUT and doctor
October 7th, 2010 - Surgical Education Class
November 2nd, 2010 - Consultation with Dr. Jules Foute Nelong
December 21st, 2010 - SURGERY DAY!

Up to really nothing today, still fighting with my work, I got a job interview with Pennington's tomorrow (fingers crossed)... I JUST WANNA WORK! I need money so bad
B- Oatmeal mixed with peanut butter, dipped in greek yogurt
L- 2/3 of a half a chicken cassidilla dipped in hot sauce and greek yogurt/sour cream mix
S- not sure if I'm gonna have a snack
D- Steak and salad
