addiction..... and optifast

I find myself getting more addicted as I get closer to that final step...looking at more pics, reading more and more posts, kind of all I can think of at this point.

I felt fine on Optifast, no fatigue or anything.

I kept up with a full-time job, 2 university courses, and a 7-year-old while on Optifast; same level of exhaustion as usual, lol!  Seriously, once the hunger started to diminish after the first few days, I really wasn't lacking in energy.  And, like everyone else, I was obsessed too... for the entire year and a half that I waited, and increasingly as it approached.  Totally normal! 

I run a daycare out of my home and I functioned just fine during the optifast!  I actually felt fine and didn't have any less energy than before optifast.
