Hey, Karen, good luck with the career change; I hope you get the job if you decide to apply!

Hitting the books (what else is new?), having my daughter and new son-in-law over for dinner and hopefully seeing pics from the honeymoon.

B - small ww pancake, syrup, strawberries, bacon
S - decaf tea w/ milk
L - 3 oz turkey, salad w/ LF dressing
S - protein shake or bar
D - 1/3 C ww spaghetti, sauce, meatballs, caesar salad w LF dressing
S - maybe SF jello

16 days out!!

I went to the Casino stateside last night and now I am sore. I am sad now because now my coat smells vile from American cigarettes :(

Today is my nephew (he is 10 years old) semi finals football game about an hour away. If he wins this he goes onto the finals EEP! He also made the all star team which is made up of all the teams in Windsor so he will be travelling Ontario. SO PROUD!

S-1/3 cup protein shake
L- 1oz turkey, 2 tablespoon mashed potato, 1tbsp cream of mushroom, 1tbsp protein powder
S- 1/3 cup protein shake (anyone have a suggestion of something I can eat at a football field at the puree stage)
D-Mexican bowl-1/4 cup pureed white kidney beans, 1tbsp Avacado, 1tbsp greek yogurt, 1tbsp of cheese and 1tbsp protein powder
S-rest of the protein shake and maybe 1/4 cup applesauce

vits in, getting that damn protein in and upping the water from 1 to 2 litres

glad to see you're out and about so soon after the surgery.
Sounds like you're doing really well.

Spent a ton of money in the States yesterday, and I didn't even buy that muuch. God forbid I should go back with my credit card - I'd be in REAL trouble!
It was interesting taking a prearranged bus tour - they're different people, for sure.

It was quite inclusive, depsite the fact that most of the fokls seemed to know each other already.
46 of us, roaming the malls of Buffalo - and there were two other Canuck busloads ahead of us the whole way. Poor Buffalonians.

B - 3 (small) slices homemade date-nut bread with pate, soft blue goat cheese and honey.
S - LAAAARGE foamy mik coffee
L - spinach salad with egg and bacon bits.
S - Garden ****tail, cheddar cheese on crackers
D - Lamb & bean stew
1 litre water.

Afternoon

Had a great weekend north - little snow on Saturday - looked beautiful


B - Oh yeah protein bar - small

s - 3 large decaf coffee

l - premier protein shake

s - cottage cheese and pear

d - 5 oz baked trout
     3/4 cup of squash

s - s/f yogurt with berries

All water and some tea tonight

good afternoon all,
i hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. i hit up the santa claus parade last night. gorgeous weather for it. did a little grocery shopping today. i found sugar free white chocolate pudding which i'd never seen before, so i was pumped to get that. haha, nice relaxing weekend.

B - 1 scoop chocolate protein powder + coconut extrac****er

S - 1/2 cup ricotta cheese + maple extract + sprinkle of fibre one

L - spinach salad + grilled chicken + strawberries + goat cheese (went out for lunch to bernies.. it was amazing)

S - likely nothing.. still full from lunch

D - yves veggie chicken stir fry tenders + some sort of veggies

May 26th, 2010 - Appointment with nurse and SW
June 1st, 2010 - Appointment with NUT and doctor
August 31st, 2010 - Follow up with SW, NUT and doctor

November 2nd, 2010 - Consultation with Dr. Jules Foute Nelong
December 21st, 2010 - SURGERY DAY!
