What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)

Good afternoon everyone :D

My day seems to be escaping me today... I hate the 5pm-1am shift (that's what I worked last night), and it takes me an hour to get home. I woke up late, almost late for my alignment, which didn't happen cuz I need parts for my car, GRR. It can only get better from here.

Today's eating has been weird so far.

early this morning- praeventia bar
9am- tangerine and fibre1 bar
1045am- just over half sausage and egg mcmuffin and 3 bites of hashbrown
1230pm- greek yoguart
in my lunch bag- 6 crackers, cheese, LC cheese, peanuts, and 2 low carb cookies I found the other day (I won't eat all of this but I want variety)
D- I think I might just stop by the store on my way to work and get some chicken from the deli

all my water, oj and tea is or will be in for the day as well as my vitamins

 What is: 1 LC herb & garlic wedge?
I'm looking or new ideas... I don't usually post (soon to change that).

good evening all,
well, interesting day at work..
i work at a childcare centre. i was the opener this morning and i come in to find that someone had broken in. everything is torn apart. it was crazy. the cop who came talk to me was super good looking though, so there's the silver lining.. haha
did the cardio drills class at the gym after work. currently relaxing!

B - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder + water

S - 1/2 cup cottage cheese + 2 tbsp. fibre one cereal

L - 1/2 cup egg salad + 5 cucumber slices

S - 1 cheese string

D - yves veggie "chicken" strips + mushrooms + green peppers + fajita seasoning (soo good)
August 20th, 2009 - Referral for WLS from family doctor
May 17th, 2010 - Orientation at Windsor Hospital
May 26th, 2010 - Appointment with nurse and SW
June 1st, 2010 - Appointment with NUT and doctor
August 31st, 2010 - Follow up with SW, NUT and doctor
October 7th, 2010 - Surgical Education Class
November 2nd, 2010 - Consultation with Dr. Jules Foute Nelong
December 21st, 2010 - SURGERY DAY!
