OT: Keurig/Timothy's coffees & teas

There is hot Chocolate for Tassimo - again, not sugar free.

Keurig also allows you the option of using your own coffee in a specially designed cup.

Keurig has a wider variety of coffees/beverages available than Tassimo.

Tassimo has Starbucks brand coffee

There is also a store in Burlington that sells all the Keurig and Tassimo varieties!

I had the Tassimo before I bought the Keurig Pat and I can honesty say I like the Keurig better. The coffee tastes much better. Karen is right about the "My K Cup" as well. Its a cylinder like thing with lid, it has a wire coffee filter inside that allows you to make your own coffee instead of buying the pre mixed k cups.
In my opinion your folks would be happier with the Keurig machine. I feel its a better product as well.

I'm pretty sure Tassimo doesn't have a permanant filter thing option either.  ?

i like that i have a refillable filter for my keurig that I can use my own belend of coffee and save money also I like that that I have 3 seaparate sizes of cups to choose from.  I like that having the reffillable filter also allows me to put looses leaf tea into it and run it.  So those a re a few reasons i like my keurig also i have found amazing kcup selection
