Hi Tracey- do you put the feta in your egg while it is cooking or do you put it on top after it is cooked? Sounds yummy.
TIA,Jen

I crumble it in with the egg while it's cooking.  I saute my spinach a bit first then throw the egg mixture on top.  I love the 2 flavours together.

Monday is off to a good start. Report cards handed in...phewf. And I did a lot of planning on Friday so my day is all organized. Yay...no scrambling for me.

Karen, have fun at Zumba!! I really wanted to join this time round, especially since it is so close. When is it tonight? Maybe I'll join the next week. Are you up for more joiners ;)

B- SB skinny peppermint mocha, half a SB Protein Bistro Box (boiled egg, white cheddar, grapes, tiny little muslei pita with some natural PB)

S- Greek yogurt with fruit puree

L- will finish off the rest of my box from this morning

S- hummus with a few crackers

D- ?? Who knows. Hubby is away on business, so likely some sort of protein from the food court at the mall (when the cat is away, the mice will play....or shop)

The class is full, unfortunately!  If I enjoy it, I'm going to start the next round on February 13th - 8 classes, Mondays 5:55-6:55 PM, $58.58.  I'll decide in the next couple of weeks, as the class fills REALLY quickly and I don't want to miss out.  I will let you know as soon as I know!  Would love for you to join with us!  There are actually 5 of us - Tobi, and then my non-WLS peeps Wanda, Miryam and Ulla.

Are you still considering coming to dinner on Wed?

Yup.  I am coming as of right now.  My coughing is mostly under control so I don't think I'll offend anyone.  haha  Mike is away enjoying a mini "vacation" in Vancouver till Wednesday afternoon.  Out of the 3 days he'll be there, he only has to work 4 hours.  I am happy for him, but insanely jealous.  :)  The only place I ever get to go for work is the ROM of the McMicheal Gallery, and even then I have to tote a bundle of 10 year olds with me.  haha.  Anyhoo, by Wednesday night after handling all of the household responsibilities, I will DEFINITELY need a night out.  Was even thinking of going to see the new Twilight afterwards (even though it is a work night), wanna come?  I was a little skeptical, since I found the others a little boring, but many people have told me it is good.

Hmmm...... thanks, but I think I'll have to pass on the Twilight.  I haven't seen the other ones either. LOL

I'm glad to hear you're coming to dinner!  Don't worry about coughing, it's not like you're going to hover over someone's plate and hork. lol

What?? You don't like movies about cheesy vampire teenagers and native American boys who morph into werewolves??

I read the books and they were very entertaining.  I can't help myself, I have to see how it plays out on film, although I have to admit the first 2 were lack luster at best.  I am crossing my fingers for this one.
