 Morning All,

Busy weekend, had a wonderful visit with my Angel Jyle, wow she looks fantastic.
Karen, have fun at Zumba!  I was suppose to go to my first class today at 12 but of course the 11 year old wakes up with a fever.  Just my luck.


B - Omlette W/salsa and l/f cheese
S- Yogurt
L - Shrimp W/veg
S - Never know
D - Chicken Chili

I have the day off today and will likely spend most of it cleaning up and wrapping Christmas gifts...yup, I'm almost done shopping.  I'll avoid the crowds this year goldarnit!

B - greek yogurt and cherries(preserved)

S - coffee, 1/3 c almonds

L - leftover chinese veggies, chicken breast chopped and mixed into veggies

S - ?

D - grilled chicken breast, steamed green beans

Good morning everyone!  I've had a good one so far - aquafit and then coffee with Monica who is in town for the day.  Yay!  

B - ww english muffin w peanut butter and sf jam
S - skinny vanilla latte
S - protein shake
L - greek yogourt, mandarins
S - cheese, grapes
D - beef & bean chili

I realize (reading everyone else's posts) that I may be overdoing it a bit in the carbs department,
and for that I am truly grateful.
No really.
This thread is a boon for self-examination.

Going to have to be a little more watchful over my carb intake.

B - bowl of Cheerios, large coffee
S - 1% cottage cheese w maple extract + sweetener
L - 1/4 c homemade chicken salad on 2 crackers
S - 1/2 protein bar, water
D - 1 sl homemade meatloaf, 1/2 baked sweet potato
1 litre water

Multivitamins and calcium in, still waiting on B12.

Good Morning- I am still around - doing ok but really struggling to make myself a priority.

Today is a brand new day.

br-protein shake
sn-edamame
ln-shrimp and dreamfields pasta
sn-pear,cheese
sp-corn chowder - heavy on the ham and light on potato and corn- lol
