Tammy best of luck tomorrow. You will do great. The low carb grocery is north of the 401 off the 404. You will need a car to get there. You can look at their stuff online and they do deliver as well

So excited for you! I too had my surgery at St Mike's. Loved the nurses and personal support workers. My doctor was Dr Rotstein, he has the best bedside manner. Well wishes for a speedy journey. Diane
