Another Appt. Down!

Yeah! Another appointment done and that much closer to the big change!

Today's appointment was good...nutrition class. Mmmm yummy opti-fast! lol Ok it wasn't so bad, but they are quite sweet. I especially found the vanilla that way. Thank goodness I was told that I can water it down or add other flavoring to it! Next stop Jan. 6th! Can't wait!

Congrats Sunnydaz!!! I think it's great that you got to test the opt-fast at your nutrition appt. We do not get samples in Ottawa so we just have to take our chances.
